Hi, I’m Mark Alexander. I work in operations and production, helping teams stay aligned, deliver on time, and move work forward with clarity and momentum. I’ve supported projects for brands like Disney, Paramount, Amazon, and Live Nation, but what I enjoy most is building systems that help people do great work without getting stuck in the process.

I often serve as a conduit between departments, including sales, customer success, product, production, and creative. My role is to make sure everyone stays connected, informed, and working toward shared goals. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles as a coordinator, producer, manager, and director. Each one taught me how to support teams, solve problems early, and keep things running smoothly.

I’m based in Indianapolis with my two kids and Butters, our 15-year-old dog who mostly runs the house. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a concert or deep in a playlist.
